Restroom
Turning space: 60” diameter clearance.
Sink measurements: 33” from floor, knee clearance with an insulated pipe.
Toilet measurements: 18” from the side wall, 17” from floor.
Environment
We typically have music playing, but will turn it off if requested. Clients are encouraged to bring their own earbuds or headphones. Please let your artist know if they need to speak louder or more clearly.
We have some overhead lighting, as well as lamps for artists to use while tattooing. The lamps can be dimmed.
Products
Most of the supplies we use are unscented, except for our green soap (naturally scented with lavender oil). If we need to adjust this, please let us know a few days before your appointment.
Communication
For ASL, please let us know how we can best accommodate you. We can bring in an interpreter or use apps like AVA or Google for live transcriptions. Make a note on your inquiry form and we will correspond to figure out the best fit for your appointment.
Service animals
We welcome you and your service animal. Please note, due to Minnesota Health department regulations, only service animals who perform a specific service are allowed in the shop. Emotional support animals are not service animals, although we wish they were! Please let us know prior to your appointment so we can find the best time for you and your service animal. To make the most comfortable environment, we schedule clients with service animals for a private session.
